- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging with all the tags intact.

- Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

- Refund and exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Initiating a Refund or Exchange:
